Q3: How can I place an order?
A: You can place an order by contacting our sales team directly. We will provide a detailed quotation and Proforma Invoice (PI) for confirmation before production begins.
Q4: What payment terms do you accept?
A: We usually accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment. L/C (Letter of Credit) is also acceptable for large orders.
Q5: How long is the production lead time?
A: Standard delivery time is 45–90 days, depending on the equipment type and production schedule.
Q6: How do you ship the equipment?
A: Equipment is usually shipped by sea in containers from our nearest port. Large components may be shipped in bulk or flat-rack containers.
Q7: Do you provide installation services?
A: Yes. We provide on-site installation guidance, commissioning, and operator training by our professional engineers.
Q8: Can you help with import and customs clearance?
A: We can supply all necessary export documents (Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.) to assist with your import process.
Q9: What kind of after-sales support do you offer?
A: We provide lifetime technical support, online consultation, and spare parts supply. Our engineers are available for overseas service when needed.
Q10: How long is the warranty period?
A: We offer a 12-month warranty from the date of installation. During this period, we replace any defective parts (non-human damage) free of charge.
Q11: How do I get spare parts in the future?
A: Spare parts can be ordered directly from us. We keep key components in stock to ensure fast delivery.
Q12: Do you provide factory visits or online inspections?
A: Yes, you are welcome to visit our factory anytime. For overseas customers, we also offer online video factory tours and equipment inspections.
